Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservation and Cancellation Policies

    • Mandatory Service Charge: For group reservations of 4 or more people, a mandatory service charge will be applied to the total bill.
    • Deposit Refund Policy: If a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days in advance, the deposit will be fully refunded.
    • Partial Cancellation Conditions: Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the reservation date will result in a 50% deduction from the deposit.
    • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date will not be refunded; however, the deposit can be used for a rescheduled reservation.
    • Late Arrival Policy: Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the reservation time. In case of delay, please inform us in advance; otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled.
  2. Table Usage and Payment Policies

    • Table Time Limit: On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and special occasions, table usage is limited to a maximum of 120 minutes.
    • Payment Methods: A maximum of 2 cards per table is accepted for payment. Individual split payments are not available.
  3.  Service Charge & Tipping Policy

    • A mandatory service charge will be applied to the total bill for groups of 4 or more.
    • The service charge is collected to support the continued quality and service provided by our restaurant staff.
  4.  Dress Code

    • Smart casual dress code is required. Sportswear, flip-flops, and overly casual attire may not be permitted.
  5.  Birthday and Special Celebrations

    • Guests are welcome to bring their own cakes; however, an additional service fee may apply.
    • For health and safety reasons, the use of sparklers, torches, or other flammable items inside the restaurant is strictly prohibited.
  6.  Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

    • If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs, please inform our staff before placing your order.
  7.  Food Service and Customer Satisfaction

    • If you have any concerns regarding the food served (e.g. incorrect cooking preference, unwanted ingredients), please inform our staff immediately upon receiving your dish. Otherwise, the cost of the meal will be included in the final bill.
  8.  Children’s Policy

    • On Fridays, Saturdays, and special occasions, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the restaurant after 17:00.
  9.  Pet Policy

    • Only service animals are permitted inside the restaurant. Pets are welcome in designated outdoor seating areas.
  10.  Corkage Fee

    • Guests may bring their own wine, subject to a corkage fee of £X per bottle.
  11.  Left Items Policy

    • The restaurant is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. However, found items will be kept for up to 7 days.
  12.  Noise and Parking Etiquette

    • Guests are expected to enter and exit the premises quietly and respectfully, avoiding unnecessary noise or disruptive behaviour.
    • When using the parking area, please ensure that other vehicles and our neighbours’ access are not obstructed.
    • If you are part of a party group, your music volume must remain within the legal limits. The restaurant management reserves the right to lower or turn off the music if necessary.
  13.  Force Majeure

    • In the event of natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, the restaurant shall not be held liable for service disruptions.
  14.  Right to Amend

    • The restaurant reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will take effect once published on our website.
